I spend a big part of my day discussing the current issues the sales and marketing teams might be facing.
In addition, on a daily basis, there is a discussion about what our next steps should be.
It is part of our philosophy to evolve our services and constantly introduce new solutions.
The saying "a rolling stone gathers no moss” suits us perfectly.
My best memory from Up Hellas is my first day at the office about four years ago.
It was the beginning of a very beautiful and creative adventure.
We are a very young and vibrant organization, where more or less everyone is involved in decisions.
All this exchange of views, knowledge and ideas makes each day extremely interesting.
Our main characteristic is that we think like customers and not as suppliers.
When we create a new product or add an additional feature to our application, we do it with the sole aim of making the daily life of our customers easier and more enjoyable.
We recently introduced our new gift card, Up Gift and the first responses and feedback are extremely positive.
We have also just completed the implementation of Google Pay, thus enabling Android users to pay with their mobile phone through our app.
