How to add a card

Αdd your card to Apple Pay. Set up is easy!

iPhone

On iPhone, open the Wallet app and tap the “+” sign
For Apple Watch, open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone and select Wallet & Apple Pay” then tap “Add Credit or Debit Card.”

Up Hellas app

Log in to the app and select the card you want to add to Apple Pay from the home screen
On the Admin screen tap Add to Apple Pay
Accept the Terms and Conditions
Your card has been added and you're ready to pay everywhere with Apple Pay

I am not able to add my card on Apple pay, what should I do?

If you are not able to add your card on the Wallet, check the Apple Pay status on the System Status page. If there is an issue, please try again as soon as this is resolved. If there is no issue, please follow these steps

I am already using a card on Apple Pay, can I add another one as well?

You can add more cards. As soon as you add a new card on the Wallet, you can change your default card, update your details or remove a card. On your iPhone, head to the Wallet app, touch and hold your card until you can drag it in front of your other cards. On Apple Watch, tap on the “My Watch” tab > Default Card, and then pick another card.

How many cards can I add to Apple Pay?

Depending on the device you use, you can add up to 8 cards, in the case of the oldest or 12 cards, in the case of the new ones in the Apple wallet.

How are my transactions protected?

When you make a purchase, Apple Pay uses a device number and a unique transaction code. This way, your card number is never stored on your device or on Apple servers, and when you pay, your card numbers are never disclosed by Apple to merchants. When you pay by debit or prepaid card, Apple Pay does not retain transaction information that can be linked to you.
